- 1 ½ lbs top sirloin
- ½ cup Soy Vay® Island Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 2 lbs pineapple
- 1 small red onion
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Cut steak into 1½-inch cubes and marinate in Soy Vay® Island Teriyaki Marinade for at least three hours.
- Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
- Chop red and green peppers, red onion, and pineapple into large pieces. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Assemble kabobs by threading steak, pineapple, peppers, and onion onto skewers.
- Grill on medium-high heat until the steak reaches an internal temperature of 145°F and veggies are tender.
- Baste with extra teriyaki sauce before serving.
