Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs top sirloin
  • ½ cup Soy Vay® Island Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 lbs pineapple
  • 1 small red onion
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cut steak into 1½-inch cubes and marinate in Soy Vay® Island Teriyaki Marinade for at least three hours.
  2. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Chop red and green peppers, red onion, and pineapple into large pieces. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Assemble kabobs by threading steak, pineapple, peppers, and onion onto skewers.
  5. Grill on medium-high heat until the steak reaches an internal temperature of 145°F and veggies are tender.
  6. Baste with extra teriyaki sauce before serving.
