Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, pineapple juice, garlic, and ginger until well combined.
- Place chicken thighs in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour marinade over them. Ensure they are well-coated. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat while the chicken marinates.
- Remove chicken from the marinade (reserve extra marinade) and grill for 6–8 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Baste with reserved marinade while grilling for added flavor.
- Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F before removing from the grill.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and garnish with chopped green onions.
