Ingredients
- 1 lb yakisoba or linguine noodles
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- 1. Cook the noodles in a large pot of boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- 2. In a wok or large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger; sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 3. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, rice vinegar, and brown sugar. Pour into the wok and simmer briefly.
- 4. Add the cooked noodles to the wok, tossing well to coat with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
- 5. Drizzle sesame oil over the noodles, sprinkle with sesame seeds, toss again, and serve hot.
