- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 oz chopped kataifi dough
- 1 cup pistachio spread or pistachio cream
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 1/2 lb strawberries, sliced in half
- Ground pistachios for garnish
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil; melt in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- In another bowl, mix unsalted butter, kataifi dough, and pistachio spread; add tahini if desired.
- Dip each strawberry half into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off before placing on the prepared sheet.
- While the chocolate is wet, sprinkle ground pistachios on top for garnish.
- Refrigerate for about 10 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
