Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fresh ginger, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh turmeric root, chopped
- 2 lemons, peeled and chopped
- 2 oranges, peeled and chopped
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups water
Instructions
- Blend: Combine ginger, turmeric, lemons, oranges, black pepper, and water in a blender. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
- Strain: Pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl or pitcher to separate the juice from the pulp.
- Store: Discard leftover pulp and transfer the juice to an airtight container. Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
- Serve: Pour 2 ounces of juice into a glass and enjoy quickly!
