Instructions
- Prepare the simple syrup by heating half of the water in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in raw honey until fully dissolved.
- In a large mixing pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice with the remaining cold water.
- Pour the honey syrup into the lemon juice mixture and stir well to blend.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving over ice.
