Instructions
- Prepare the marinade by whisking together honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced jalapeño, garlic, cilantro, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Marinate the chicken by placing it in a ziptop bag or baking dish; pour the marinade over and coat thoroughly. Seal and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes or overnight.
- Preheat your grill to medium heat and oil the grate to prevent sticking.
- Grill the marinated chicken for about 30 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown and cooked through.
