Ingredients
- 6 to 8 boneless beef chops (about 4 ounces each)
- Salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup organic honey
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season both sides of the beef chops with salt and pepper.
- Place the seasoned chops in a resealable bag.
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, olive oil, and vinegar until well combined.
- Pour the marinade into the bag with beef chops and seal tightly. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove beef chops from the marinade, shaking off excess liquid.
- Grill for about 4-5 minutes on one side until seared; flip and cook for another 5 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°F to 155°F.
- Let rest before serving garnished with fresh parsley.
