- 220 ml Milk
- 200 ml Coconut Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Optional: Unsweetened Coconut Flakes for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line an 8-inch x 8-inch brownie pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the rice flour and baking powder.
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs and mix in sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Stir in both coconut milk and regular milk until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan, optionally topping with coconut flakes.
- Bake for about 30 minutes or until the edges are browned.
- Allow to cool slightly before cutting into pieces.
