- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, flour, sugar, and baking powder.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and mix in vegetable oil until smooth. Optionally add vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Gently fold in chopped strawberries.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving warm or chilled.
