- 2 shallots, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth

- 1 cup grated Gruyère cheese
Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot. Cook lobster tails for 8-10 minutes until bright red. Remove and cool before extracting meat.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté shallots and garlic until translucent.
- Stir in heavy cream, chicken broth, and paprika; simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Chop lobster meat and fold into the sauce; heat gently for 2 minutes.
- Preheat oven to broil. Spoon mixture into shells or an oven-safe dish and top with cheese.
- Broil for about 2 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
