  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mash bananas until you have 2 1/4 cups.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, baking soda, and nutmeg.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter with white and brown sugar. Add in eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and mashed bananas; stir until blended.
  4. Combine wet and dry mixtures gently until just mixed.
  5. Pour batter into a greased pan.
  6. Place trivet in Instant Pot with 1 cup of water; cover the pan with foil.
  7. Cook on manual mode for 50 minutes; perform quick release afterward.
  8. Allow to cool before removing from pan.
