- 4 (6 oz) fresh salmon fillets (skin-on)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp sriracha sauce (adjust for spice preference)
- 2 tbsp raw honey
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- For Garnish: 2 tbsp chopped green onions, 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray or parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, honey, lemon juice, and garlic powder until smooth. Reserve some sauce for drizzling later.
- Place salmon fillets in the baking dish and coat with half of the sauce mixture.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of at least 145°F (63°C).
- Drizzle reserved sauce over cooked salmon and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve hot with rice or steamed vegetables.
