Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, cream softened butter and sugar until fluffy; then add eggs.
- Combine the wet and dry mixtures while alternating with milk. Gently fold in blueberries.
- For the streusel topping, mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, and cold butter until crumbly.
- Layer half of the batter in the pan, sprinkle with half the streusel; repeat layers. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
