- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
- 2 cups fresh spinach (chopped)
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the chopped spinach until wilted (about 3 minutes). Allow it to cool before mixing.
- In a bowl, combine the sautéed spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface into squares or circles about six inches wide.
- Place a tablespoon of the filling in the center of each pastry piece. Fold and seal tightly.
- Transfer to the baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
