- 3 large eggs

- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, instant coffee granules, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs and mix in melted butter and vanilla.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients; stir until just combined.
- Spread batter evenly in the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Allow cooling for at least ten minutes before slicing into squares.
