Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Season the chicken thighs generously with salt and pepper, then arrange them in the prepared baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic, herbs, and lemon juice until well combined.
- Pour the creamy mixture over the seasoned chicken thighs and cover with foil. Bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown on top.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving. Drizzle sauce over chicken and enjoy!
