- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Cut cream cheese into chunks and add on top of the chicken.
- Pour buffalo sauce over all ingredients.
- Sprinkle garlic powder and ranch seasoning on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken inside the crockpot using two forks.
- Stir in shredded cheeses until melted and serve hot with chips or veggies.
