  5. Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined. Pour into prepared baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges pull away but center remains soft. Cool completely before frosting.
  7. For frosting, whip coconut cream with powdered sugar and agar-agar until fluffy. Spread over cooled brownies.
