Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish or line with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt butter and dark chocolate chips together. Stir until smooth; let cool slightly.
- Whisk flour, cocoa powder, and sugar in another bowl.
- Add eggs and vanilla to melted chocolate mixture; whisk until combined.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined. Pour into prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges pull away but center remains soft. Cool completely before frosting.
- For frosting, whip coconut cream with powdered sugar and agar-agar until fluffy. Spread over cooled brownies.
