- 2 cups fresh blueberries (divided)
- ¼ cup additional sugar (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix in vegetable oil until combined and add enough water to achieve a thick batter.
- Fold in half of the fresh blueberries and pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- For the glaze, cook remaining blueberries with additional sugar over medium heat until syrupy; drizzle over cooled brownies.
