Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface until 1/4 inch thick.
- In a bowl, combine mozzarella, pepperoni or chicken, bell peppers, and Italian seasoning.
- Cut dough into 3-inch squares. Place a tablespoon of filling in each square and seal edges by pinching.
- Arrange rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce.
