Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Sauté the washed spinach in a skillet over medium heat until wilted (about 2-3 minutes). Finely chop the spinach.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Stir in shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and chopped spinach until well mixed.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and sprinkle more cheese on top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
