- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt.
- In another bowl, beat together eggs, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Gradually combine with the dry mixture without overmixing.
- In a separate bowl, blend softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until creamy.
- Pour half of the chocolate batter into the prepared pan. Spoon dollops of cream cheese mixture on top followed by the remaining chocolate batter.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool before slicing.
