- 1 ½ cups chocolate cookies, crushed

- ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup heavy cream (for topping)
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- ½ cup pecan pieces (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix crushed cookies and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a pie pan to form the crust.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt dark chocolate chips with heavy cream until smooth. Let cool slightly before mixing in sugar and cocoa powder.
- Fold in optional pecan pieces for added texture. Pour filling into the crust and bake for 25-30 minutes until set but soft in the center.
- Cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least two hours.
- Whip remaining heavy cream until stiff peaks form, spread over the pie, and drizzle with melted chocolate before serving.
