- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- ½ cup Thousand Island dressing
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Season chicken breasts with garlic powder and black pepper, then place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through. Allow to cool slightly before shredding.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, sauerkraut, and half of the Thousand Island dressing; mix well.
- Divide the mixture into bowls or plates. Top with Swiss cheese and rye bread crumbs.
- Broil for about 3 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Drizzle with additional Thousand Island dressing if desired before serving.
