Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth; stir in melted butter.
- Mix in baking soda, salt, vanilla extract, sugar, and beaten egg until well combined.
- Gradually fold in the all-purpose flour until no dry spots remain.
- Gently mix in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for about 65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
