- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Rinse and pat dry the chicken breasts.
- In a bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, and minced garlic. Add chicken to the marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Transfer marinated chicken to a lightly greased baking dish.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Boil leftover marinade in a saucepan for about five minutes until thickened.
- Let chicken rest before slicing. Drizzle with glaze and enjoy!
