- 6 oz thinly sliced turkey breast
- 4 slices whole grain bread
- 4 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 2 tbsp pesto sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your panini press or skillet over medium heat.
- Spread pesto sauce on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer spinach, turkey breast, and mozzarella on two slices of bread (pesto side up).
- Top with the remaining bread slices (pesto side down) and press gently.
- Grill in the panini press or skillet for 3-5 minutes until golden brown and cheese melts.
- Allow to cool slightly, then slice diagonally and serve warm.
