Instructions
- Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat (375°F/190°C).
- Finely chop the spinach and place it in a bowl.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and chopped spinach. Mix until well combined.
- Gently fold in shredded white cheddar cheese.
- Shape the mixture into six equal patties.
- Grill or bake on a lined baking sheet for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C), flipping halfway through cooking.
