Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, apple vinegar, and sugar to prepare the sauce; set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground meat and grated ginger. Add soy sauce, egg, and corn starch; knead until fully mixed.
- Form mixture into 2-inch meatballs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook meatballs until browned on all sides.
- Cover the pan to cook through on low heat.
- Remove excess oil from the pan, then add the prepared sauce to coat the meatballs evenly.
