- 3.1 oz orange (peeled)
- 0.1 oz basil (1 leaf)
- 0.04 oz dried hibiscus (or tea of choice)
- 2.3 oz water
Instructions
- Thaw frozen raspberries before use.
- Heat water until just below boiling and steep hibiscus or chosen tea for at least one hour.
- Strain the brewed tea and chill in the refrigerator.
- Juice the thawed raspberries, pears, and orange.
- Combine the fruit juice with chilled tea and serve over ice.
