  • 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Flaky sea salt, for topping

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, cream softened butter with electric mixer until smooth. Add brown sugar and granulated sugar; mix until well combined. Incorporate vanilla extract and eggs, mixing until smooth.
  2. Gradually add dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt) until dough forms. Fold in both types of chocolate chips.
  3. Scoop dough into 10 balls and chill in an airtight container for at least 3 hours.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place cookie balls on parchment-lined sheets and bake for 12–16 minutes.
