Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a donut pan.

- In another bowl, combine melted coconut oil, egg, and coconut milk until thoroughly mixed.
- Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry mixture until just combined.
- Fill each cavity of the donut pan halfway with batter and bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow cooling slightly before glazing with a mixture of confectioners' sugar, key lime juice, lime zest, and salt.
- Top with toasted shredded coconut while glaze is still wet.
