Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp
- Zest and juice of 1 large lemon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup white apple vinegar
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk together lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, white apple vinegar, dried parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Rinse shrimp under cold water; remove shells if desired.
- Thread 4 shrimp onto each soaked skewer.
- Place skewers in a baking dish; pour marinade over them and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-low heat.
- Grill skewers for about 3–4 minutes per side until shrimp are pink and opaque.
