- Lemon Verbena Syrup (1 oz / 30 ml)
- Fresh Lemon Juice (½ oz / 15 ml)
- Soda Water (1 oz / 30 ml)
- Fresh Lemon Verbena Leaves (3 to 4)
- Ice Cubes
- Lemon Slice (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the lemon verbena syrup by simmering equal parts water and sugar with lemon verbena leaves for about 5 minutes. Strain and cool.
- Fill a mocktail shaker with ice cubes, then add the syrup, fresh lemon juice, and torn lemon verbena leaves. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice cubes.
- Gently pour in soda water and stir lightly to combine.
- Garnish with a slice of lemon and sprigs of fresh lemon verbena.
