Ingredients
- 2 oz Lemonade (chilled)
- 1 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 oz Additional fresh lemon juice (about 1/2 a lemon squeezed)
- 1/2 oz Simple syrup (or 1 tbsp sugar)
- Splash of Sparkling water
- Lemon wheels and fresh mint for garnish
Instructions
- In a mocktail shaker, combine chilled lemonade, fresh lemon juice, additional lemon juice, and simple syrup. Fill the shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top off with a splash of sparkling water and garnish with a lemon wheel and mint sprig.
