- 1 cup Lucky Charms vegan marshmallows
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream the softened butter with granulated and brown sugars until smooth.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract; mix until fluffy.
- Incorporate vegetable oil until combined.
- Gradually add flour, baking soda, and baking powder; mix gently.
- Fold in white chocolate chips and Lucky Charms marshmallows.
- Scoop dough onto prepared sheets, spacing them two inches apart.
- Bake for 9–11 minutes until edges are set but centers are slightly glossy.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
