Instructions
- Start by blending the chopped mango in a blender until smooth to create a delicious puree.
- In a large pitcher, mix the mango puree with the non-alcoholic limoncello substitute and fresh lemon juice. Stir well.
- Pour the mixture into serving glasses until they’re about half full.
- Top each glass with chilled sparkling water or soda and stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired, serve immediately, and enjoy!
