  • 1 cup coconut milk (full-fat)
  • Optional: 1 cup coconut jelly
  • Optional: 1 cup mango jelly

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil over medium-high heat. Add sago pearls and cook for about 15 minutes until they turn transparent. Remove from heat, cover, and let rest for another 15 minutes.
  2. Strain the cooked sago pearls and rinse them with cold water to prevent sticking. Set aside in a bowl of cold water.
  3. In a blender, combine one cubed mango with evaporated milk and blend until smooth.
  4. Drain the sago pearls and mix them in a large bowl with diced mango pieces, optional jellies, condensed milk, coconut milk, and the blended mango mixture. Chill for at least an hour before serving.
