Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
- In another bowl, beat softened butter and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Add maple syrup and mix well; then incorporate eggs one by one followed by mashed bananas and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add dry ingredients and yogurt until just combined.
- Fold in nuts and pour batter into the loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Drizzle warm maple syrup over the top after cooling slightly.
