  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease one 9×5 loaf pan or two 8×4 pans and line with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mash bananas and mix with brown sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
  3. In a large bowl, cream softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in eggs until fully incorporated.
