  • 1 2.25oz. can sliced black olives
  • 1/2 12oz. jar banana pepper rings

Instructions

  1. To prepare the dressing, combine olive oil, red apple vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and grated Parmesan in a jar or bowl. Whisk or shake until well combined.
  2. Chop the cauliflower into small florets. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped cauliflower with sliced black olives, banana pepper rings, diced red bell pepper, diced red onion, and chopped parsley.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance flavors. Stir before serving.
