  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 cups organic chicken stock
  • 1 (16 oz.) package potato gnocchi
  • 56 organic sundried tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp tomato paste, organic
  • 1 1/2 cups organic heavy cream
  • 3 Tbsps organic all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 Tbsps Tuscan Marry Me blend
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 3 Tbsps cooking apple vinegar (or substitute with chicken stock)
  • 1/2 lemon, freshly-squeezed
  • 1 cup chopped organic kale
  • 1 cup freshly-grated parmesan

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, combine olive oil and butter. Add garlic and sauté for about 2 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Stir in shredded chicken, chicken stock, sundried tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, Tuscan spices, and cooking apple vinegar. Bring to a simmer.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk flour with water until smooth; add to the pot while stirring continuously for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and let simmer for another 5 minutes.
  5. Add gnocchi and kale; cook according to package instructions until tender.
  6. Serve hot with fresh lemon juice and top with parmesan.
