Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 160°C (325°F).
- Line a muffin tin with cases.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well until smooth.
- Spoon the mixture into muffin cases until three-quarters full.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool on a rack before serving.
