Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Beat in softened butter until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
- Gently fold in mascarpone cheese and then add sliced apples, stirring until evenly distributed.
- In another bowl, mix rolled oats, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon; pour in melted butter and mix until crumbly.
- Grease a 9-inch springform pan and pour in the batter. Evenly sprinkle crumble topping over the batter.
- Bake for about 75 minutes or until golden brown and set in the center. Allow to cool for at least 20 minutes before slicing.
