- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground meat with grated onion and minced garlic.
- Add chopped parsley, cilantro, spices, salt, and pepper; mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into elongated ovals on skewers.
- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Cook kebabs for 10–12 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Serve hot with rice or flatbread.
