Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and prepare baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
- Gradually combine the dry ingredients—flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt—into the creamed mixture until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips and mini M&Ms.
- Scoop small balls of dough onto the prepared sheets, pressing additional M&Ms into each cookie.
- Bake for 6–8 minutes or until lightly golden on the bottoms. Let cool before transferring to wire racks.
