Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and cold butter; mix until crumbly.
- Add ice water and vinegar; stir until dough forms. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Roll out dough into a square and cut into four pieces.
- On each piece, layer cream cheese slices followed by peach slices; drizzle with honey mixture.
- Fold edges to form walls around each tart and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.
