  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and cold butter; mix until crumbly.
  2. Add ice water and vinegar; stir until dough forms. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Roll out dough into a square and cut into four pieces.
  4. On each piece, layer cream cheese slices followed by peach slices; drizzle with honey mixture.
