- 300 ml whole milk

- 7 g vegan gelatin powder
- 100 ml heavy cream
- ½ tsp vanilla essence
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe container, mix whole milk, sugar, and vegan gelatin powder. Let it bloom for 5-10 minutes.
- For the caramel, combine white sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until dissolved, then boil until golden brown.
- Heat the milk mixture in the microwave until warm but not boiling. Whisk in heavy cream, eggs, and vanilla essence until smooth.
- Pour the caramel into cups or molds, then add the custard mixture over it. Refrigerate for at least three hours to set.
- Once set, invert onto plates and serve chilled.
