- 4 large organic Granny Smith apples

- 14 oz. organic caramel dip (or caramel of your choice)
- 2 cups homemade diced apple pie topping
- 2 cups organic heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp. organic sugar
Instructions
- For the crust, crush graham crackers and mix with softened butter and sugar. Press into serving glasses.
- Beat cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until smooth. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form; fold into cream cheese mixture.
- Dice apples and toss with cinnamon and sea salt.
- Layer cheesecake filling, diced apples, and caramel in each glass; repeat layers.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
